We have just upgraded our phone system for the following reasons:
Call logging:
- So we can see when we are at our busiest to make sure we can answer your call quicker and arrange our rotas accordingly.
- So we can tell what advertisements have been successful.
Voice recording - all voice calls will be recorded, why invest in this?
- To aid in the development of our staff
- To mediate between potential problems
- To enable us to go statement of fact (SOF) ? SOF is where, because we record the conversation, the insurance company we use does not require us to obtain a signed proposal form. Once installed we will never have to chase you for outstanding documents or cancel a policy (except if you don?t pay).
Scanner - All documents will be scanned and then saved onto a computer, whereby your records can be retrieved at the click of a button. Why invest in this?
- To be able to retrieve your personal records easier.
- To save paper ? we can program our printer to print documents to the scanner thus saving paper.
- To save space ? we currently have a room that holds approx 20 filing cabinets.
If you buy a policy with DNA in September you can have a free filing cabinet... Hurry the good ones will go quickly!
